Track your UPS package:
Tracking your UPS package on our website is easy. Simply click the link in the
upper right corner of the site that reads "Track Your Package". Enter in your
order number or even your email address to track your UPS package. Your package
should show up here 48 hours after the receipt of your order. Please allow us
48 hours to process and record your order in the UPS tracking system. If, after
48 hours your package does not appear on the UPS tracking system, then feel
free to email us at tracking@AmazingGrass.com. Provide your name, order number and date your order was placed.
We will be happy to look up your package tracking information and get back to you.

Shipping Rates:
We ship UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select. United States Postal shipments.
(P.O. Boxes, Military P.O. Boxes, etc.) UPS will not deliver to a Post Office
Box. Please choose USPS Priority Mail for delivery to a P.O. box within the continental US.

Shipping Policies:
Most orders are received, entered and processed within 24 hours pending credit card verification. Orders are sent to our fulfillment warehouse by 3:00 pm PST. They are typically shipped out the next day. Orders placed over the weekend typically do not ship out until Tuesday morning. Please take that into account for the shipping method you choose.
All orders shipped via UPS will require a signature of the recipient upon delivery.
Please allow 3 to 8 working days for UPS ground orders. For international shipments,
Amazing Grass does not charge, nor do we assume responsibility for taxes, duty
or brokerage fees. All additional fees charged by UPS international, customs,
brokerages, etc. are to be paid by the customer.

Holiday Shipping:
We cannot guarantee holiday delivery of in stock merchandise after DEC-20,.
To make special holiday shipping arrangements or to check the status of your
shipment please contact us. Should
an item be delayed, you will be notified immediately following your order, by
e-mail, or by a return phone call of the expected shipping date. We suggest
you order early to avoid possible delays. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience
this may cause.

What
is the CVV2 Number?
CVV2 is an important security feature for credit card transactions on the Internet
and over the phone. "CVV" stands for "Card Verification Value" and it is the
three or four-digit number printed in the signature space on the back of most
credit cards and on the front of American Express cards, like this: Some newer
credit cards only show the last four digits of the credit card number on the
back, followed by the CVV2 number. The CVV2 number enhances fraud protection
and helps to validate two things: The customer has the credit card in their
possession and the credit card number is legitimate
