The Elephant Journal adventure at Expo East.

Amazing Grass wins our award for walking the talk. Almost every sample that Caroline and I enjoyed at the show was served up in a plastic container, with a plastic fork on the side and thrown into the trash as soon as the samples made it to our mouths. Amazing Grass was, amazingly, the only company we saw who served their samples in biodegradable paper cups, and assured us they would recycle their trash after the show.
