Kamla Millwood - International Model / Actress

Kamla's Bio: Kamla Millwood is a 6 foot tall model and actress who was born in beautiful Saint Vincent and the Grenadines which lies between Saint Lucia and Grenada in the Windward Islands of the Lesser Antilles, an island arc of the Caribbean Sea.

Kamla set the fashion industry ablaze, modeling with a confident and sophisticated style that has made her a media star and international celebrity. In an industry that can be laced by drugs and other self-destructive habits, she feels it is paramount that she set a standard that in order to maintain longevity in life- a healthy lifestyle is vital.

She models for a host of media personalities and well known designers - always proceeding with punctuality, professionalism and grace. In addition to modeling she is also enjoys acting and is an author, business woman and entrepeneur. She wrote the fitness and health book called "Quick and Healthy Tidbits".

Before she started modeling she was an aerobics instructor and personal trainer. She's given many health seminars urging people how important it is to live a healthy lifestyle.

When asked why she loves Amazing Grass, "I drink amazing grass everyday with fresh squeezed orange juice before I workout. I also travel with the green superfood bars so when there is no time to grab lunch on set, I reach for the superfood bars to sustain me. I get all of the energy that I need to perform at my peak. And I love introducing Amazing Grass to others in the entertainment industry as a healthy alternative to "junk food" that they would normally enjoy consuming".
