Official Rules for the Amazing Grass Skateboard Give-away

No purchase necessary to enter.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United Sates and the District of Columbia. Must be 18 years or older with valid driver’s license to prove it.

To enter submit the entry form in the box provided. Entries are limited to one entry per person. Winners may not obtain a cash or other substitute for prizes or transfer prizes. Winners shall be solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes.

The winners will be selected via a random drawing. There will be one winner per store (cash value of approximately $150) and no one is eligible to win more than one Element Skateboard even if they enter and are picked first in more than one store.

The winners will be chosen at random from among all of the eligible entries received during the applicable give-away time period. Winners will be notified by text, e-mail, regular mail or by phone. Any winner who does not respond to the prize notification with 2 weeks of receipt will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and another winner will be selected. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of participants in the give-away. Only one prize will be awarded per household.

Employees of Amazing Grass are not eligible to enter.

Sponsors and Related Companies expressly disclaim any responsibility and liability for lost entries and for injury and loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded.

Sponsors and Related Companies are not responsible for lost entry forms. Person found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this giveaway as solely determined by the judges will be disqualified. If disqualified, sponsor reserves the right to terminate player's eligibility to participate for any of the above abuses.

All decisions of Amazing Grass relating to the give-away are final.
