Taimak Guarriello - Martial Arts / Film Star

Taimak's Bio: Taimak (pronounced Ty-Mock) never knew he would grow into one of the most beloved martial arts, cult classic film stars of our time. His 1985, lead/debut role as Leroy Green, the Bruce Lee wannabe in search of the final level (The Glow) of excellence catapulted him into a career that spans twenty years. Taimak says "Amazing Grass makes me feel like I'm 20 all over again".


Highlings:

• Ran the New York City marathon twice, fastest time in 3 hours
• 7th degree black belt
• Won the New York state kickboxing title in 1984
• Training routine is 30 minutes of meditation, 30 minutes of stretching, 45 minutes of kickboxing, and 45 minutes of jujitsu and 30 minutes of kata's (choreographed martial arts movements)
