Yes, summer is officially over but we’re not sad about it. We’ve already moved on because well, Pumpkin Spice. We welcome the change in season and cooler temps with our take on fall-favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe with a healthy twist.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 oz. coffee
  • 1 scoop Amazing Grass Pumpkin Spice Green Superfood
  • 2 oz. dairy-free creamer or dairy-free milk of choice
  • 2-4 oz. coconut cream or whipped topping of choice
  • sweetener of choice to taste, optional
  • pumpkin pie spice for garnish, optional

 

DIRECTIONS:

  • In a small saucepan, combine brewed coffee, Amazing Grass, creamer, and sweetener if you’re using it.
  • Heat over medium and whisk to combine well.
  • Remove from heat before boiling.
  • Pour into your favorite mug and add optional whipped topping and pumpkin pie spice.
