INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 butternut squash, peeled and chopped
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 quart vegetable broth
  • 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ½ scoop Amazing Grass Belly Elixir

 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Add coconut oil to a heated pot and allow to melt.
  • Add the copped onion, cinnamon and salt and cook until translucent.
  • Add butternut squash and broth to pot and bring to a boil.
  • Boil until butternut squash is soft.
  • In batches, add the entire soup to a high powered blender and blend until well combined.
  • Stir in Amazing Grass and top with your favorite toppings!
