INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tsp Amazing Grass Brain Elixir

 

DIRECTIONS:

  • In a blender, combine milk, honey and dates and blend until mostly smooth. There will be a few chunks of dates left after blending. Using a fine strainer to remove the leftover dates, pour the milk mixture into a medium size bowl.
  • Mix the milk, cacao powder, Brain Elixir and chia seeds together and allow to sit for a minute or two. Stir again to remove any clumping. Put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours (longer if possible). Once the pudding is ready, the mixture will be thick and creamy.
  • In a bowl layer pudding, coconut whipped cream and fruit.
  • Serve at room temperature or cold. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
