For the smoothie:

For the toppings:

  • ΒΌ banana
  • 1 TBS chia seed
  • handful of blueberries
  • 2 TBS pecans, gently broken with your hands
  • 1 TBS cacao nibs


  1. In a blender, combine all smoothie ingredients until well blended.
  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl.
  3. Top with toppings. (You can line them up or throw them all in, either way works!)
  4. Enjoy!
