What are Zoats you ask? Well, that’s simple. They’re oats with zucchini! Although zucchini is not often considered a breakfast food or something you’d normally add to oatmeal, this versatile veggie can add a ton of nutrients to your breakfast without you even knowing it’s there! Not only is this recipe chock full of nutrients from the zucchini, but it also contains our Protein Superfood, Chocolate Peanut Butter, which adds superfood greens and a whopping 20g of plant-based protein to your morning bowl of oatmeal. Experiment with different ingredients and toppings and make this your own!




  1. Blend zucchini and almond milk in a high powered blender until smooth.
  2. Add mixture to a saucepan and add oats, cooking on medium and stirring often for about 10 minutes or until desired thickness is reached.
  3. Turn off heat and add Amazing Grass Protein Superfood, Chocolate Peanut Butter. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add maple syrup, combine and pour into a bowl.
  5. Add desired toppings and eat hot!
