• 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 tsp. Amazing Meal Chocolate Peppermint
  • 1 cup puffed rice cereal
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut flakes
  • 2 tsp. raw cacao nibs


  1. Line a large plate with parchment paper and set aside
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well
  3. Wet your hands so the mixture does not stick
  4. Shape mixture into golf ball sized shapes and place on parchment paper
  5. Transfer balls to the freezer for 8 minutes
  6. Remove from freezer and serve

Note: Keep leftover balls in the fridge.
