• Line mini muffin pan with mini liners. Heat chocolate chips over double broiler until melted.
  • Once chips are melted, stir in Amazing Grass Chocolate Peppermint, coconut oil, and peppermint oil.
  • Using a large spoon, pour melted chocolate into individually lined cups until about ½ full. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Place in refrigerator for 2 hours or until chocolate has solidified. Remove from wrappers and serve. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
