INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of spinach or kale
  • 1 large banana
  • ¼ cup raspberries or strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup apple juice, orange juice or cranberry juice
  • ¼ cup of ice
  • ¼ cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1 scoop Amazing Grass Wheat Grass or Green SuperFood powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender, add spinach/kale, banana, berries, and juices and mix well.
  2. Add ice and yogurt until desired consistency is achieved.
  3. Blend in Amazing Grass Wheat Grass or Green SuperFood.
  4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
