INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup bran crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. spicy grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of Amazing Grass Green SuperFood powder or Wheat Grass powder
  • Dash of cumin

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. In a medium sized bowl, combine mustard and yogurt. Mix well.
  3. In a separate medium sized bowl, combine oats, cumin, flax seeds, green powder and bran crumbs, mix well.
  4. Cut chicken into strips, dip each strip into the yogurt mixture then coat each piece with the oat mixture.
  5. Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 min or until crunchy.
