Yes, December is upon us but we’re just not quite ready to let go of Pumpkin Spice. Who can blame us? We’re keeping it alive with this Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie Recipe. Healthy, delicious and vegan-friendly, this smoothie is an easy way to get that superfood burst of greens, fruits and veggies, cereal grasses, and even probiotics.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Green Super Food, Pumpkin Spice
  • ½ banana, frozen
  • ½ cup coffee, chilled
  • ½ cup pumpkin, cooked and cooled (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup milk of your choosing
  • 1 tablespoon of plain or vanilla yogurt of your choosing
  • Sweetener as needed

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients until well combined and smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and top with a dusting of cinnamon and nutmeg (or your other favorite holiday spices).
