INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 scoop Pumpkin Spice Amazing Grass
  • ¾ cup chocolate chunks

 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Combine all ingredients minus the chocolate chips in a medium to large mixing bowl and combine well.
  • Add chocolate chunks after mixed well.
  • Scoop mixture into a 8×8 baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until the sides are lightly browned.
  • Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
