This Not-So-Basic Pumpkin Spice Superfood Oatmeal Recipe is no exception – it’s both delicious and full of nutrients for a happy and healthy fall! With hints of cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon, you’re giving your tummy a whole lotta cozy deliciousness in one bowl.



  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 ¾ cup water
  • 4 tablespoons pumpkin
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tablespoons light coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Amazing Grass Pumpkin Spice
  • sweetener of choice, optional



  • In a medium saucepan bring water to a boil.
  • Once boiling, add oats and stir for 2-3 minutes with the heat on.
  • Turn the heat off and continue to stir until desired consistency is reached.
  • If too thick, add a bit more water or some coconut milk.
  • Once desired texture is reached, add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Top with your favorite toppings and serve!
