• 2 cups raw, white pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 scoop or packet of Alkalize and Detox
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • sea salt (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Coat pumpkin seeds with melted coconut oil
  3. Toss seeds with Alkalize & Detox and cayenne pepper
  4. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment and spread the seeds into an even layer
  5. Sprinkle sea salt over the seeds
  6. Bake for 30-45 minutes until seeds are golden brown, stir occasionally
  7. Enjoy
