INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 2 medium extra ripe bananas, peeled and cut into ½ inch pieces
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup gluten-free old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup Amazing Grass Protein Superfood Original Flavor
  • 2½ Tbsp. creamy almond butter
  • 2 Tbsp. dried cherries
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds, plus more if desired

DIRECTIONS

  1. Puree the dates in a food processor until well combined and sticky. Add the bananas and puree until well combined. Add the almond flour, oats, Amazing Grass Protein Superfood Original Flavor and almond butter; puree again until well combined. Transfer the container to the fridge and let chill for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove from the fridge, add the cherries and sesame seeds; mix well to combine. Roll into 1 inch balls on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven; set aside to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  4. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
