Ingredients – Cookies:

  • 2 scoops of Amazing Grass Protein Superfood, Pure Vanilla
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup coconut oil
  • handful semi-sweet dairy free chocolate chips
  • handful of cranberries
  • 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Artificial-free sprinkles

Ingredients – Frosting:

  • 3 Tablespoon of Cashew Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon of Beet Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes
  • Let the cookies cool completely before putting glaze
  • Top with your favorite sprinkles
