- 1 Cup oat milk
- 1/2 Cup vanilla plant based yogurt
- 1/4 Cup gluten free oats
- 1 chopped pink lady apple
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 C ice
