Avocado Fudge Pops

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large or 2 small ripe avocados
  • 6 medjool dates, soaked & pitted
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Kidz SuperFood Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Add the cacao and blend again for extra “fudge-y” pops
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds
  4. Freeze up to 4 hours or overnight
  5. Enjoy!

Note: Makes 6 popsicles.
