Blueberry Lemon Smoothie

Makes 1 Serving


  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Amazing Grass Organic Grass & Shrooms Powder
  • ¼ cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ¾ cup ice
  • Stevia or sweetener of choice, to taste (optional)


Place all the ingredients – except the ice and optional sweetener – in a blender and process until smooth. Add the ice and blend once more into a thick and frosty drink. Depending on the natural sweetness of your fruit, you may choose to add a little bit of stevia (or sweetener of choice) to amplify the flavor of the smoothie.
