Green Smoothie Bowl Recipe


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 2 dates
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 scoop Amazing Grass Amazing Trio OR Organic Wheat Grass
  • cacao nibs and pumpkin seeds for topping, or toppings of choice



  1. Blend all ingredients other than the Amazing Grass and toppings in a high-powered blender.
  2. Once smoothie is well blended, pour into a bowl.
  3. Gently pour the Amazing Grass on one side of the smoothie bowl and blend into your favorite design. You can always skip this step and simply add Amazing Grass to the blender.
  4. Add cacao nibs and pumpkin seeds or toppings of choice and enjoy with a spoon!
