Ingredients

  • ½ medium banana, frozen
  • ½ cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 ½ cups oat milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • 1 scoop Amazing Grass Vanilla Plant Protein
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • pinch ground cloves
  • pinch cinnamon

 

Optional:

  • melted vegan dark chocolate
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • handful of spinach

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients in blender until smooth and enjoy!
