- 1 cup frozen pineapple & mango
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 scoop of Protein Superfood, The Original
- 1-2 large handful of spinach (50g)
- 1-2 Tbsp of raw, organic honey
- Handful of ice
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, starting with the softest ingredients and the hardest ingredients on top. This will prevent the blender from seizing up.
