- 1 cup canned light coconut milk
- 1 shot of espresso (optional)
- 1 large medjool date, pitted (or 1 tablespoon maple syrup)
- 1 scoop Amazing Grass Green Superfood Holiday Cookie
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Warm the coconut milk in a small saucepan until it starts to steam, or microwave for two minutes.
- Transfer the milk to a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend on high for 60 seconds, until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into a mug and top with extra cinnamon, if desired. Serve warm.
