- 1 cup Unsweetened Plain Greek-Style Almond Yogurt
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond milk
- 1 cup cauliflower florets, frozen
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 scoop Protein & Kale Smooth Chocolate
- Optional: organic honey, agave or maple syrup
- Garnish: Raw cacao nibs, shaved coconut, mint leaves
- Place everything but the cacao nibs and coconut in a high-speed blender and pulse for 2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a bowl and top with cacao nibs, coconut and mint. Enjoy!
