Mint Chocolate Chip Protein & Kale Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Plain Greek-Style Almond Yogurt
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond milk
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets, frozen
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 scoop Protein & Kale Smooth Chocolate
  • Optional: organic honey, agave or maple syrup
  • Garnish: Raw cacao nibs, shaved coconut, mint leaves

Directions

  1. Place everything but the cacao nibs and coconut in a high-speed blender and pulse for 2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with cacao nibs, coconut and mint. Enjoy!
