S’Mores Mocha Cocoa

Mocha Cocoa


  • 8 ounces hot coffee
  • 3 tablespoons Amazing Grass Chocolate Amazing Protein Creamer
  • 2-3 large marshmallows
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 ounce dairy-free chocolate, melted (optional)


  1. Dip the rim of your mug into melted chocolate, then set aside to let cool slightly.
  2. Brew the coffee according to your preference.
  3. Pour into your mug, then stir in the Protein Creamer and cinnamon using either a spoon or handheld frother.
  4. Optional: Place marshmallows on a baking tray and broil in the oven for 3-5 minutes, watching carefully so they do not burn. Remove from the oven once golden and set aside.
  5. Top with marshmallows and serve warm.
