  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 frozen bananas, chopped into chunks

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender
  2. Set aside.

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Pour over the berry smoothie, swirling with a straw or spoon.
