- 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter
- 2 frozen bananas, chopped into chunks
Directions

- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender
- Set aside.
Peanut Butter Smoothie:
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Pour over the berry smoothie, swirling with a straw or spoon.
