Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop of Pumpkin Spice Amazing Meal
  • 1 cup almond milk (or choice of dairy substitute)
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, more or less to taste
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • ½ cup ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend pumpkin puree, scoop of Amazing Meal, ice, and milk until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice, mix until blended.
  3. Stir or fold in pure maple syrup to taste.
  4. Top with a dash of cinnamon.
  5. Enjoy!
