- Preheat oven to 350.
- Pour the contents of Simple Mills Vanilla Cake Mix into a large mixing bowl and add our Organic Plant Protein Blend Pure Vanilla. Whisk until combined well.
- Add wet ingredients on top and stir until fully combined.
- Line a cupcake tin with paper liners and fill each one about ¾ of the way full.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing cupcakes from the liners to prevent sticking.
- Top with Simple Mills Vanilla Frosting.
