Self-Care 101 During the Holidays

An Hour of Me Time
Meditation
Meditation can scare a lot of people away, but there are apps to help get started. Start with 5 minutes a day and gradually work your way up.
Tech-Free Time
You should try having periods during the day where you are sans phone. If you see family over the holidays, make a pact to shut off your devices for a full night to play a game or go for a walk!
Exercise
Moving your body for just a few minutes each day can really help boost your mood & reduce your stress. Keep up with those walks & workouts.
Have a Spa Day
Nothing says self-care like a spa day. Grab a face mask, book, glass of wine (or some greens!), and enjoy some relaxation in a hot bubble bath.
