Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Amazing grass ships to the United States, U.S. Territories, APO’s and Canada.

Each order is packed with Amazingness, so please allow up to 1 to 3 business days for your orders to be processed and 5 to 7 days to arrive. For orders shipping to Canada, please allow for 2 weeks. To check the status of your order simply log into your account on our site under My Account.

Canadian orders ships via USPS. Please note that transit time can be longer and tracking ability can be limited.  Customs fees may apply based on order total.

CANCELATION

You can cancel or modify an order.  There could be a $10 to $50 fee associated with those changes depending on where the order is in the shipping process.

RETURNS

Amazing Grass stands behind our products 100%.  If you purchased our products from one of our partners, you must work directly with them for return or product exchange.

Products purchased directly from Amazing Grass can always be returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase, per the following guidelines:

Unused Product

  1. a) Container must be in its original, sealed and unused condition
  2. b) Must provide proof of purchase (order number from our website) for a full refund or exchange
  3. c) Refund excludes any paid shipping charges, restocking fees of $15 dollars and/or any handling charges
  4. d) Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  5. e) Return shipping and handling charges may apply to undeliverable or refused packages.

Used Product

  1. a) Open container and partial used product
  2. b) Once a product has been opened, Amazing Grass is un-able to accept the return or refund this product
  3. c) Amazing Grass stands behind our products and we will consider product replacement

Damaged Product

  1. a) Amazing Grass will process Credit Memos for any product damaged in shipment transit from AG warehouse to delivery location
  2. b) For replacement of damage product please contact customer support team who will generate the Return Authorization number and call tags to pick product up
  3. c) Receipt of purchase with all claims refund (for AG direct customers) or replacement

Manufacture Damage

1) Amazing Grass will replace product for Manufacture Damages (damaged seal, no seal cover).

Required documentation

  1. a) Proof of purchase, receipt copy,
  2. b) Proof of purchase, copy of purchase receipt
  3. c) Picture of damaged product
  4. d) Picture of UPC and Lot Code
  5. e) Picture of Expiration Date

I purchased your product from another retailer or etailer and they won’t accept a return or exchange. Will Amazing Grass accept the return or exchange?
