Healthy Hot Chocolate

Serves 1


  • 1½ cups unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa or cacao powder (optional, for a dark chocolate flavor)
  • 1 scoop Amazing Protein Mayan Chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons mini vegan marshmallows


  1. Add the milk, cacao powder, and protein powder to a small saucepan and whisk well. Warm the mixture over medium-high heat, until the milk starts to steam.
  2. Use a handheld milk frother to blend everything together, or transfer to a blender with a venting lid and blend on high for 60 seconds.
  3. Carefully pour into a mug, then top with marshmallows.
  4. Serve immediately.
